Promote your website using google adwords. Your website will appear under "sponsored links" on the right side of the google results for the keywords you choose. Even though your ads show on the google, you don't pay anything unless someone clicks on your website. These types of advertisements are called "PPC" (or pay per click). You pay only after a user clicks on your ad link.
Your website may appear in "search results" for certain keywords if website is properly optimized. If your website does not show up in first 3-4 pages, then it may not get the attention of users as they may never find it because they have 40 websites to check before yours
